Same here. The email I received after I placed the order says "deliver by 9/21", however, when I check on the status in the Verizon app it says "ship by 9/21". And the Verizon CSA I chatted with online couldn't give me a straight answer.
This is very poor customer service. I'm sitting here at work just waiting. No idea if it will come today or not. I could have left work by now.
