I had GizmoHub installed on a Samsung Galaxy S4 and and it worked well. The phone was lost and I got a replaced Samsung S4. When I tried to install GizmoHub on the new phone, It shows:
" SECURITY CODE NEEDED. It looks like you have already used the phone number to connect to this gizmo. For your protection, we sent you a text message and an app notification with a security code to make sure it's you. Once you enter the code on this phone, the GizmoHub app will stop working on your other device "
However I DID NOT get any text message!! I tried many times and no text message at all. Phone is working well and I can get text messages from other people. Can anyone help me on this? Gizmo is a nice device for my daughter and I want to continue using it.
I have read elsewhere that you need to make sure the short code texting option is not blocked on your device; however, my device (LG G4 from Sprint) has that unblocked and I still don't receive the code
