Oh my, SIMMARK57. This is not good. We definitely want to get the watch connected so you can start enjoying the benefits of it. Did you get the replacement watch through Verizon? Have you unpaired the old watch through the app on your phone? If not, please follow the steps in the link provided below. Then you will need to pair the new watch. Let us know if you have done this already or not.

Verizon recently disabled their integrated calling feature for cellular enabled devices such as tablets and smartwatches. These devices will no longer be able to make phone calls as a stand alone device. See link below for more info.
