Hum+ Not Updating Location or Driving History

I have a Hum+ that has stopped working since October 2019, after having some service done to the vehicle (Jeep Wrangler). It is currently showing the location at the service shop and this history stops on October 31, 2019. I have looked in the troubleshooting and it only refers to interference, but I have it right next to me and it is not updating. I would appreciate knowing how to fix or reset so the location and driving history start working again.
