I own a Pantech UML290 air card and can't get VZAccess Manager to install on my Win10 computer

I'm using the recommended installation software for Win10 ( 2822b).  I get the following error when trying to run the installation:

"Your wireless USB Modem is currently plugged in the notebook.  Please remove USB Modem from the notebook to continue with the installation."

I do not have the air card inserted.  I do not have any external USB modems that could potentially be causing this error.

Any suggestions?
