I need to return two cables that did not fit the phone that the Verizon person who sold me the cables said they would fit. I had to wait until I could go to a local Verizon store to find the correct cable. Now the two I purchased are about 2 weeks since purchase but I need to replace them with the correct cable. There seems no way to find a real person I can speak with about this.
