Good Luck getting this fixed! I have now been down for almost ONE MONTH and I can't seem to get ANY support. I have already replaced the extender, bought a NEW router and went through the entire setup process again. I have spent COUNTLESS hours on the phone with Samsung, Verizon, Lynksys and my local phone company with NOTHING resolved. I still have the SAME thing.
this is aweful I have also spent hours on phone but now found out I have to
register it to my prepay phone account I have through Verizon so back to
the phone again
