Not received order and not able to cancel too

I ordered Meta Quest 3S using my 2 gift cards (that I got on joining FIOS), I used myverizon chat option and one of the agent guided me to redeem those gift cards. I got the email from VZWMail that "we received your order" with all the details. After few days when I didn't received any other email about shipping details I checked with Customer Service and they said that my order has failed in the backend. Now since then I am being tossed around multiple teams stating that this does not belong to their team since I am a FIOS user and this order was placed by Verizon Wireless and what not. At one point one of the cust care executive said that I should visit store and they should be able to help but when I went there same story and was given a new customer care number. Been with customer care agents multiple times but no resolution yet.

It all started on 7 Oct. and till today no resolution. Everyone just keeps forwarding me to another department.

Still following up on phone and chat support. No one is able to help. Just keep tossing around. Doesn't know what needs to be done and also when I am asking pls help me in escalating it by sharing any email address where I can raise my concerns they simply deny it.

Chat support - they simply forward it to other dept without even asking and then the other guy would forward it to someone else. No one is helping.
