I made an online order accidentally and contacted the customer service to cancel it immediately. They gave me the issue ticket number which got cancelled!!!! Then the package sent out from the verizon and transferred back to verizon. But it is still show in my account, that the order is shipping. ?????? The order directly billed on my account.
