I bought a Verizon car charger for my iPhone 13 at a local store. I declined a receipt, don’t know why. I used the charger on the way home. I got home and before bed put it in my wall charger. The next morning it was dead and wouldn’t charge. I brought it to the store and they simply did a soft reset and it came on. I wonder if it was using the car charger that made that happen. Can I return or exchange the charger without a receipt?
