I placed an online order for accessories on 8/7/21. Verizon didn't mail my products until 9/23/21. In the meantime, I reordered the items by phone and requested that they cancel the original order. They still charged me and shipped the items 7 weeks later! I returned the items using the return label provided by Verizon. According to the tracking, they received the returned items over a month ago. Verizon still has not refunded my money. This was a large order worth several hundred dollars. I have called customer support numerous times and they can't find a record of the order. I can plainly see it on the My Verizon app. I don't understand why Verizon says they have no record of the order.
