***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Sony Smartband Cancellation - Why Did Some "Special" People Get Them?


I got the cancellation email regarding the Sony Smartband. I also have confirmations from AT LEAST a dozen other people, actually received their smartbands; most of which were not Verizon customers. I want to know why there were a few select people who are going to get their bands, and everyone elses was cancelled. If there was a pricing error like you claim, they should have ALL been cancelled. I’ve been a Verizon customer for YEARS and some who ordered aren’t even with your network. That’s ridiculous. I want to know what criteria you used in determining who was privileged enough to get the smartband and what you intend to do for your LOYAL CUSTOMERS who got their cancelled.
