Has any one else noticed their speaker not working on their Gizmo watches? I was told it must be water damage and pushed to purchase insurance for replacement at $15 per line per month ($180 per year)
The thing is both Gizmo watches have the same problem after software updates. Note the newer offered watches have volume buttons on the side. The website states they are waterproof 1 meter for 30 minutes. No swimming has been done during the months leading up to the problem.
Verizon technical support is not able to confirm if the Gizmos stop working with newer software. Ideas? All troubleshooting have been done and I am fairly certain if I replace the speaker that it would fix the problem. What are my options other than buying new ones every other year to keep up with their updates.
