On 11/1/22 I was sent a text from Verizon that I had finally gotten my refund from early September. Despite "a credit" being applied to my account, when I call #BAL I'm told I have $0.00 in my account. I've been trying to get this refund for THREE MONTHS NOW. Nobody has been able to give me my money back & I think it's worth leaving this service over at this point. Absolutely ridiculous.
