So I purchased a Kate Spade phone cover for my Note 5. Less than a month later the back of my phone is basically shattered. I went to my Verizon store and they would not help me, citing that it was past 14 days so they wouldn't take the cover back. I didn't expect them to do anything about the shattered phone. I have insurance for that. However, I would like a case that would actually offer my phone protection. The day of my purchase I said that I wanted a case to protect my phone and they directed me to cases that would fit my phone. They offered no explanation or information as to what cases would offer better protection than others. All I want is a case that's going to protect my phone better and to be refunded the difference of the $50 useless case I have now. I plan to submit a claim to get a new phone, but I don't want to put this POS back on my $650 device.
