Why cant Verizon tell everybody what antenna to get? Why the secrecy of asking to move to private messaging? What are they hiding?

Does someone still respond to this? I sent a PM about it today and got no response. I would really like to get the antenna for use on the Home LTE router since our speed isn't overly great. Can someone please let me know in response to the PM what you need from me to make this happen? I'd prefer to get this done as soon as possible. Thank you!
