When we switched over from Sprint it said we would receive a free Stream TV Device and gift card. I have already received the information for the gift card, but I received an email for a Echo Dot and Smart Plug.  I have attempted 2 chats already because I would prefer the Stream TV over the Echo Dot, but in both chats the rep never came back and then I lost the connection because it took so long. Its frustrating trying to get an answer and they just don't come back.
