Hi Verizon team! For the past 2 months I've been trying to get my money back with an App purchase I made my mistake.
I sent the Xbox headphones back and since then I've received no return.
Recently I got an email saying it's been "resolved" which would imply that I would get my return of $129, but I did not.
Can I please get an update on whats going on with my refund?
