I just opened a FITBIT app and when the bluetooth is on the WIFI disconnects so that the FITBIT does not sync. If I turn the bluetooth off the WIFI will connect. I've had numerous support calls with both Fitbit and Verizon and we can get both the WIFI connected and the Bluetooth paired but in short time the WIFI is ON but no connection. Please help.
We want to help anyway we can. Have you tried turning off other services on your device such as mobile data or location services?
