Tried to order air pods with the $30 discount. Order wouldn't go through so contacted chat who ordered it for me. She did not apply the discount. Have been trying to correct. Office not open though recording says it is. All assistant wants to do is ask if I want another pair of pods.  Will not, I repeat will not order anything from Verizon again.
