I have a new iphone 14 that Verizon has been trying unsuccessfully to activate for a week. Tech support keeps telling me to wait another 24-48 hours. Any suggestions about how to get this phone activated? Evidently it has to do with transferring the number from my iphone 11 that has a physical SIM to the 14 that has an electronic SIM.
