Apple Music Subscription

i recently signed up for the Get More plan and I have not been able to get the included Apple Music subscription to work since. I have logged a total of 6 hours with Verizon Customer Service and had two IT tickets closed saying that it is Apple’s problem. I’ve logged 2 hours total with Apple Customer Service to be told that it is Verizon’s problem. I’ve had 2 3-way calls with both Apple and Verizon that have not yielded a solution.  Plus I’ve logged a half hour on the phone with Disney Plus because one rep told me it was their problem, which they had no idea why I was calling them.

What I’m learning in the end is that this is really my problem and Verizon is not interested in providing me with the products they should provide that I pay for. I don’t know why this is on me to spend over 8 hours to try to fix their glitch. If I pay them and it doesn’t work, they should own it.

I’m hoping someone has a solution before I spend hours 9 and 10 on the phone going over the same troubleshooting steps tomorrow.

Hello, thank you for reaching out to us. We're sorry you're having issues with your Apple Music perk. We would love to check further into this for you. Did you ever get any feedback or information regarding the IT tickets? What happens when you try to sign up for Apple Music?

I enroll, click the link, Apple Music opens, a black page opens then closes. No subscription is ever activated. Apple Music settings says my subscription is expired.

Verizon IT closed the ticket immediately saying to call Apple, even though the notes stated that there are 2 one-hour three way calls with Apple tier three and Verizon tier two.

Around hour 10 a Verizon tier two supervisor reviewed the notes on my account and agreed to reopen the IT ticket.  Customer Service is convinced this is a glitch with the Verizon system, although IT seems to disagree, or maybe they’re lazy.  Either way my ticket has no ETA of resolution, and I still have no Apple Music while I still pay Verizon for it.

IT closed the second ticket saying that I’m enrolled in Apple Music so I’m all set. The problem was never being enrolled. The Verizon system always says enrolled, I just never get an activation.  Hour 11 spent on the phone, new IT ticket opened. Screenshots included in the ticket.
