Hi, I tranferred my number from Verizon to AT&T, and AT&T confirmed that the port-in is completed. But from Verizon side, the team said it shows the port-in is still in progress with unknown issues. In this case, can I call the customer service and let them cancel the service and close the account directly and don't lose my number in this case (cuz the number is already with AT&T)?
