I HAVE BEEN WITH VERIZON FOR YEARS FOR THE LIFE OF ME HOURS ON CALL FORWARD OVER AND OVER AND OVER IS THERE ANYONE THAT CAN EXPLAIN WHY I CAN NOT GET FULL ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT, I SEND A MESSAGE TO ACCOUNT MANAGER OVER AND OVER LIKE VERIZON ASK OF ME AS WEL AS THE SITE STILL TO THIS DAY I CAN NOT GET ACCESS. ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME AND VERIZON.
