How do I speak to a manager. I have logged anywhere from 2 to 4 hours every month since August, that's at least 18 hours. Everytime I get promised they will take care of it and give a credit for my time and hassle. Everytime it's a lie! Nothing get fixed, nothing gets credited. I have 6 buisness lines and they don't care. After first few months I tried to refused agent and tell them I will only speak to manager, most refused and the one who agreed kept me on hold for 2 and half hours and I had to get back to work. Everytime I call I have to explain it allllll over again and they have to look into it allllll over again

And yet again, no help from verizon. Their response please contact the buisness department. The same department I have been dealing with. To all the businesses out there, please seek other companies to do your buisnes with.
