Unable to access account

I had to put my service on hold since I’m out of the US currently. I tried to access my account so I can set my service to start back up on April 1st but I’m locked out of my account. I tried resetting the password but I keep getting a message saying “we are not able to process your request at this time”. Is there any way an agent could help me out with this? Thank you!
