My company uses Enterprise Messaging to text message. Currently using WCTP and text messages send to Verizon, AT&T, T-Mobile, every carrier is fine except Sprint. If we send a text out to a Sprint user - they do not receive the text. According to Verizon, this is supposed to work for all carriers. Anyone have any knowledge of this? Is there something different that must be done for Sprint? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Did it ever work to Sprint subscribers? Have you contacted/searched to see if Sprint supports WTCP https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wireless_Communications_Transfer_Protocol? On the Verizon FAQ page, https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/enterprise-messaging-faqs/ it is stated the intended use is to Verizon Wireless customers. That may be out-of-date.

It did work yes, then it didn't, then it did. Sometimes it would be delayed. It just boggles my mind.

What is the format used when sending to Sprint subscribers? I'm supposing it is in email format, but to what domain?

Are your messages all SMS or mixture of SMS/MMS? Not sure if this clip from an old https://www.wikihow.com/Text-Message-Online post is still valid:
"Sprint Nextel:1234567890 at messaging dot sprintpcs dot com (1234567890 at pm dot sprint dot com for MMS"

Hello jamesholyoke, being on top of your Enterprise Messaging is vital, especially to keep communicated in your field. Having text messaging problems can be a headache, particularly if you cannot interact with Sprint users. We would encourage you to reach out to our Business Team for further support. You can contact them through any of the numbers on this link: https://www.verizon.com/business/contact-us/. Let us know if this information helped.
