Why haven't you activated my online account and where is my Welcome LEtter?

I am here on the mobile and home forum because after 3 full months of being with Verizon Business, they still haven't activated my online account. And as a result, I can't login and I can't post anything on the business forum.  So here we are.  Hopefully this will get some traction and encourage someone  to actually do their job! smh

I just don't understand how it is possible that I signed up for Verizon Business services back in early September.  I brought 2 phones and I bought 2 phones, and 2 internet routers.  I never received my Welcome Letter, which apparently is required in order for me to access my account online.  I have called customer service at least 8 times in 3 months and still... no Welcome letter.  The rep always says they will expedite my request and that I will receive a call from someone, or the Welcome Letter in my email, within 24-48 hours.  24-48 hours have passed so many times, I can not count them!  Meanwhile, I have checked my email, checked my spam, answered all unknown phone numbers just in case and, nothing.  When I go to their site to have them 'resend' my Welcome Letter, it asks for my name and email.  That's it!  Easy.  I enter my name and email and it does not recognize me.  How is this???

So fine, maybe they have the wrong email..... But NO!  They don't have the wrong email because they had no problem sending me sales emails, and even an email just this morning, that says my bill is late!  Of course it is, because I haven't received a bill!  So they can find me to try to collect money, but I am not allowed to get online to review my account and see what they are charging me for?? I am livid!!

And today, after being on the phone with a rep for an hour with no resolution, she says her manager was getting on the line.  I hold. The  line hangs up. They call me right back... but no one is on the other line.  It happens again. And then a 3rd time. Each time followed by a text message that says we were disconnected and that they'd call back. Sadly, they did not call back. 

So here we are... the  beginning of month 4.  No bills to review (I paid the 1st one just so I would not have any troubles), no access to my account, no timeframe of when they will be able to "create" my account in their system.  NO TIMEFRAME????  What kind of sca m are they running over here?
And last week when I spoke with someone, they mentioned the word "fraud" in passing but wouldn't go into what they meant or what kind of fraud they thought was going on. Just that they have to investigate and verify info.

Well, I am still waiting.  And hoping they don't stop my business service as a result of their incompetence!  Ugh

I NEVER had these troubles when i had my little $50 prepaid service from verizon.... NEVER!

I'm disgusted and seriously considering changing carriers... even at the risk of getting dinged on the phones i purchased from them.

Any solutions?

Was there any resolution to this? I’m experiencing the same exact issue. It’s been 3 months since I created a business account and have yet to receive my welcome letter. Just like you, I can’t access my account online without the letter.
