We were promised a 200 dollar gift card per line for switching from ATT. Now when I call today to ask about that and why we haven't received any info they told us there is no such promotion and 'Sorry'. We were with ATT for 15 years. We will be cancelling asap and going right back to them after reading about how many others got ripped off by this promotion.
