5G service BUT no cell phone service

It has been close to a week now and I still have no Cellphone service.

I cannot receive phone calls OR text messages on my current unlocked cellphone that I have been paying for on a monthly basis.  I have the Mororola Edge Plus 5g.  Should You need any verification Information from me, feel free to send me a private message.  I will respond as soon as possible.
