7 years of service,suddenly a high risk and can't do anything anymore on my account

Upgraded from S21 Ultra 5G to the S24 Ultra today... Picked up at a corporate store. Wanted to add a second number for work, and was stopped. Auto transferred to fraud team.. talked to a supervisor and said i needed to confirm my ID with a selfie and I did. At this point, she said I was considered a high risk account holder and could not tell me. I was offered PREPAID when I have been postpaid with Verzion for 7 years.
Why should I even keep this new device and just port my number to another carrier? This is crazy!
