I have been trying for over a week to get my plan activated and get the free Netflix activated and nothing works.
The chat representatives keep asking me the same questions over and over and "reassuring" me they are doign everything they can and will fix it. AND then they don't fix it. I don't think they even can fix it.
Can someone here fix it?
I click Manage on AMC+. it takes me to a page where I click Activate, which then just takes me back to the page saying Manage. It's a loop. And Netlfix doesn't even have a button to click activate.
They both just say Pending Activation.

Nothing is working and nobody is helping accept to ask if I still need help.
I tried sending a PM reply to one of the questions, and it said I reached my limit of sending PM's. two?? two is too many when I'm replying Verizon.

No, I haven't. I was able to activate the AMC+ within 24hrs, but the Netflix tile isn't working on the verizon.com/playplus activation page that Verizon has sent to me in an email twice. RIDICULOUS!

I've had 11 different Verizon Support Workers private message me after I made this thread. Eleven! And not one has done anything except ask if I still want to proceed. Well, one did send me a link that opened a chat with the Verizon Social Media team. I have no idea why I would be sent a link for that, but in any case, it did not help me with the issue.
So, eleven different private messages from verizon, and here we are. Nothing fixed. It is supremely ridiculous.

Did you ever get yours resolved? 4 months in and still both are saying pending activation for me. Multiple agents have not been able to resolve it.

Bbbbby, we're sorry to hear that you've been unable to activate your subscriptions. To clarify, could you tell us more about the subscription you were having trouble activating? Is this for the Buy AMC+, get Netflix Premium on Us for 1 year deal? If so, did you have any type of Netflix promotion active on your account prior to trying to take advantage of this offer?

No, I didn't have any. I think I'm paying for the AMC+ but still don't have the Netflix.
