I signed up for the AMC/Netflix deal on +play on April 2nd, I paid $83 for an Annual AMC+ subscription. I was using the app without issue for a couple werks. I tried to use it today and AMC+ doesn't think I have a subscription. It wants me to enter my credit card info and pick a plan. Something I should not have to do bc I already paid for one through Verizon. Why isn't my paid subscription through you all not being acknowledged by AMC+.

That is truly odd that you were having no issues for two weeks, and now AMC+ does not recognize your subscription anymore, Jecounts09. I too would find this odd, and be seeking some support. Not to worry, as we can help take a closer look into this concern. Please be on the look out for the private note we have sent you so that we can better assist.

I am also having the same issue and have been for months. Have we found a solution?? Also, will we be refunded or credited for the months it has not been able to be used?

The same issue occurred to me and I am using AppleTV. Apple blames AMC+, AMC+ says only Apple can fix the problem.

I've had this issue since February. I purchase the subscription as part of a promo in December 2022 and paid for a year. Used it until the end of January 2023. It is now the end of May 2023 and I haven't been able to use it for four full months now. I even tried to buy the subscription after signing in and was told I couldn't because there is already an account with my email addres. No one seems able to fix this. I'm currently on a chat with technical support, but have no actual hope of getting this fixed.

This issue is still unresolved and it is August. In a chat now that is going nowhere. Was this just a way to get my Netflix account to go through Verizon?

I have the same issue. I paid for a year of amc+ and got a year of Netflix with it. Netflix works fine but amc+ doesnโt recognize Iโve paid for a year. I purchased it on March 30th 2023 and itโs been over a month since I could access it.

I have the same issue. I was logged out of AMC+, and now I have no way of logging back in. I can't remember how login was handled initially, but there was never an account created with AMC, since the service was provided through Verizon.

Make sure your AMC+ subscription is active and valid. Sometimes, subscription issues arise due to billing problems or expired payment methods. Ensure that you are using the latest version of the AMC+ app. Outdated apps can have compatibility issues that might prevent them from working correctly.

I just purchased the bundle of Netflix Premium and AMC+ ad-free, 3/15/24. I noticed that my account isnโt being recognized on my Vizios or Roku but when I log into my phone itโs fine. This seems like itโs been an ongoing issue and needs to be resolved. I would have just stuck with getting a separate Netflix account on my own had I known I wasnโt really getting an AMC+ ad-free account as advertised. I better get a credit if this month goes by and itโs not fixed.
