The company i work for just switched from ATT to Verizon. I went through all the steps and i am getting this error message: Your Sim is not supported. This phone number can't be transferred because the number is not allowed by your carrier. Contact your carrier to unlock this device. I was told we would be able to keep our same number- please advise.

We're sorry about the issues you're having with your port to Verizon. If possible, please try checking with ATT and make sure there isn't an Account Lock on there as this will prevent the port. After that, you'll also need a Number Transfer PIN. Here's info from their website we were able to find: https://www.att.com/support/article/wireless/KM1447526/

I'd contact your company's IT department to make sure your number didn't fall through the cracks when they were porting all the business lines to Verizon. They may be able to do the heavy lifting for you and save you the trouble of figuring out why your number will not port over. If your employer has placed the responsibility on you to get the porting done, contact whatever number AT&T has for business accounts, not personal ones, because business accounts may be kept in a separate department to figure out what's going on with your AT&T line. Once AT&T releases your line, then contact Verizon's Business department regarding the port.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
