For weeks now, I've been locked out of my Verizon account. (I made this account solely to be able to post here.) I don't even know how it happened or why my account got locked, but whatever.
Now every time I try to reset my password as it instructs me to do, the Verizon app and/or website doesn't work and gives me an error. I've tried it multiple times, on both my phone and different PCs, and on different days - all the same, super frustrating result.
I just tried again this evening with the intention of shopping for a new phone for one of the lines on my plan, but this is just about made me ready to take all three of our phones back to the local Verizon store and tell them to forget it.
How in the world am I supposed to get access back to my account if Verizon's own tools don't work????????
I do feel your frustration when no able to access your Verizon account when convenient to you. Let's take a look at what could be going on with this. Is now convenient to get into more details and the account? Please reply to the private message that will follow.
