I recently had to change my password to log into My Verizon because I haven't been on it in a while. When I logged in, it said "logged in as guest." I need my account number to finish setting up my account but the only number I know is in my emails saying "account ending in 122e." Can I use this as my account number?
Did you just rejoin Verizon as a customer, if you "haven't been on in a while"? If you were a customer some time in the past but left for a while, your old account is gone. Depending on what service(s) you have, you need to wait until your phone number has finished porting into Verizon and your phone is working properly, or that your 4G/5G home internet or Fios service is active before you can register on My Verizon.
