A representative helped me to get a new line through Verizon along with a new phone. He said to wait 24 hours until I could access my Verizon account and my new phone and sim will arrive in a few days. When I log in, it says I'm a guest and that there is an account restriction.  How can I access my account? I would like to add auto-pay to my next billing cycle.
