Account help

Has anyone had this happen to them, if so and how did you get it solved?  Im 100 miles from the closest corporate Verizon store, and I can’t really get any were online or call center.

I started an account and phone order for porting five numbers, and two new numbers on five devices from verizon 01/17/24 as of 01/29/24 I’m still unable to get things done. It started with my online order, account number 1. I was asked to send my ID, proof of residence, and eventually a picture of myself. I did this three times in two days and couldn’t seem to get out of fraud department. I reached out to the sales team for help, only real option if not a current Verizon customer. The sales team member contacted fraud team while we were on a group call, and I sent my info again. The person working in that department said it was all good and the devices were sent to me. The next day I received an email stating devices were rerouted back to verizon. I reached out to same sales member that helped me through fraud department earlier, we called fraud department again nothing really happened and I pretty much gave up stating it wasn’t that important to me, he asked me to please wait while they called someone to get my equipment sooner, so I did waiting for call back. They call me back, tell me everything is good and phones are on the way with five temporary numbers and two new numbers. This order became account number two. So now I’m getting a $570 bill for account number 1 that I didn’t receive any equipment or activate any lines on, and a bill for account 2 that I have received equipment for and haven’t activated because I can’t port over the lines hung up in account 1. Now I have to put in another hour in tomorrow making it about ten so far, not expecting much.  I have to figure out how to get everything sent back (no way im trusting Verizon to correctly process, for me to mail them back after all this) and quit being billed from verizon for account 1 not completed or equipment received, and account 2 that I cant port my numbers too because they are tied up in account 1.  Thank you
