Says it's the wrong zip code when I enter it to reset login info.

Online access to your account is always important. The 5-digit billing zip code would need to be entered when a zip code is requested. If you're having trouble with signing in to your My Verizon account though, please send us a Private Note so that we can manually verify your account to further assist.
