Someone please correct me if I'm wrong, but the only PIN used with My Verizon is for the voicemail? Somewhere along the signup process you were asked to create a PIN, and that's what you'd use to access voicemail when calling *86 and it asks you for the PIN number. If you forgot what it was, login to My Verizon and go to "reset voicemail password".
If you are asking about a transfer PIN to port out to another carrier, for postpaid customers you login to your account as usual and do some digging around in there for wherever they keep "request a transfer PIN". Prepaid customers don't have that option in their account and have to go to a Verizon store and get an employee to generate a transfer PIN.

Hi Jaz211, thank you for reaching out about your account PIN. Is you are the account owner you can follow the section here: "To create or change your Account PIN online, visit the Security page in My Verizon. To create or change an Account PIN you must be the Account Owner" at this link: https://www.verizon.com/support/account-pin-faqs/#create-reset
