I am a new verizon user coming from straight talk and can't do anything. I am trying to transfer my number but in the port transfer page says "To finish bringing your number, first turn your device off. Wait a few minutes, and then turn it back on." But that is not working I tried to contact support but the robot keeps asking for a verizon number to port but it isn't finding mine and I don't know how to get an actual person to talk to. I did the whole enter pin from old provider and it's been cleared with straight talk. So what do I do.
