Hello! I am a new Verizon member. I have a Router CR1000A which has a yellow light. All connections are good, and ONT is good. Tried resetting and unplugging both. Still have a yellow light on router.
I got an email saying the wifi is active, however I am enrolled in auto-pay and haven’t made first payment (1st payment is April 8th). Will the yellow light go away once payment goes through? Or is there something else going on?
