I hope someone will help!
I need to get in touch with a Verizon Rep as I am abroad and there is no possible way to access my account nor to get in touch with anyone over the phone. The 1 -800 numbers don't work from here
I have called a Verizon Rep in Swiss but he also can not see the account from here
I need to access asap as need to settle the monthly bill
Could anyone help?
