Can't Activate paramount/nextflix bundle.

Help. It had been over a month and I still can't activate the bundle. I have had multiple tickets open with customer service and nothing. They just keep telling me to wait. Very frustrating with the lack of knowledge when it comes to this bundle. Why would verizon offer this if they knew there was going to be problems.

I signed up March 24, 2023. It is now October 2023 - no progress whatsoever, just nonsense from Reps who clearly don't have the faintest idea what they are doing.  And constant tickets, and escalation with no response at all.   How can it be that so many are on here saying this does not work and they have no idea what anyone is talking about?
