Can't Purchase +Play Subscription

I added the +Play perk to my main wireless line on my account. When I go to +Play I get a notification that I have a $15 credit as expected. However, when I try to go purchase a Peacock subscription, I get redirected to an error page (see screenshot) that says:
"Unable to load your subscriptions. We are currently unable to get the list of your subscriptions. Please retry."
I have tried purchasing the same subscription over 10 times across two days on two different devices and two different browsers (Safari and Chrome).
I tried contacting Verizon customer service through the app and all they told me to do was to follow the instructions on this page: https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-301835 which is already what I was doing.
Not sure what do do here because I do not want to be paying for a Perk that I am not able to use...
