Can't activate my account or port number

I'm posting here because the customer service rep could not help me.

I have my current plan with Mint Mobile. I wanted to switch to the Verizon Prepaid plan so I went through the registration process, specified the eSIM (my Mint account uses physical SIM) of my iPhone 13, and got an account and PIN from Mint to transfer my number.  I was charged too. The phone tried to activate for a few hours and failed asking me to call Support. Which I did. The rep was totally clueless. He told me my number is inactive  in the system and my account didn't match my address. I think the issue is that years ago (maybe 7 years) this number was with Verizon, but I switched several providers after that and my account was deactivated.  She didn't seem to grasp this concept at all and told me that she'd call me back but never did. I'm stuck I don't know what to do. Verizon took my money and I got nothing back...

Are you activating a physical SIM or eSIM? Have you checked the port status to see if the port is complete?

This is eSim. Anyway I finally got it activated!  Took 2 more calls until I got the right department (888) 294-6804 because it was prepaid plan. They had to redo the order from scratch and it finally started working!
