Can't receive/send calls or texts - can imessage and facetime

I activated my iphone 16 pro last Wednesday and went through he** getting it activated - 5 hours of phone support from Verizon and one hour from Apple. 

Now my phone works, even though that was the worst experience ever, but on Friday I activate my wife's iphone 16 pro. The phone doesn't have calling or texting, only imessage and facetime.

I go into the Verizon store twice in the past couple days, they reactivated her account and so far nothing has changed. So no one can figure this out and we are stuck. Very close to taking our services to AT&T or T-Mobile and it hasn't even been a week - wow!

So either you guys can dedicate a specialist who know what they are talking about, or we cancel our services, not pay a dime, trash you all over the internet, and then go over to a competitor. 

Your choice! I'll be waiting, this is a last resort for me, as I have tried chat, phone and store - Where else do I try??
