Can't register account. Says my account number is either ineligible or not valid.

Trying to register a business account.   

Our monthly invoice tells me to manage my account at vzw.com/mybusinessaccount  

I try to register using my account number, but when I try to, it says it's "either ineligible or not a valid account number"  

I tried looking on my invoice to look for an "invitation code" but not finding it anywhere.  

When I managed to create a regular account with one of the numbers, but it only gave me the option to register it as an account member and not a manager or owner.  

Is there something I'm doing wrong or am I going to have to attempt to get this figured out with CS? Does anyone know where I can find the invitation code if it even exists?
