Cannot Access MyVerizon While Overseas

Hello, I am overseas at the moment and need to access myVerizon to reactivate the plans, pay bills, etc. However, when I opened myVerizon, I was logged out and when trying to log in, I needed the code sent to my US phone number. How can I resolve this issue?

We're sorry to hear that you're having problems accessing your My Verizon account. For security reasons, that PIN is necessary to access your online account, however, we do have a team who specializes in assisting customers who are traveling internationally. You can reach them by calling 800-711-8300 Mon-Fri 9:00AM - 6:00PM ET. I'm sure they'll be able to help with any concerns you might have.

Hello. It is impossible to access MyVerizon or my Verizon account (via browser) from overseas. I understand that Verizon claims this is due to security issues. This is simply ridiculous and it creates huge headaches to us (customers) especially when we need the most to access our MyVerizon account (when our internet allowance is exhausted, and we need to buy boost). I use to be a TMobile customer before and I could access my account, and purchase boosts from overseas without problems. We NEED A DEFINITIVE SOLUTION from Verizon to be able to access My Verizon from overseas, no more excuses !
