Cannot log in to My Verizon

Whenever I try to log in to my account, the page shows me that the information I entered does not match Verizon's records. I also tried to reset my password, however I get the message that my request cannot be processed at this time. I have been staying overseas and canceled my autopay since I would not be using my Verizon line for some time. Could you possibly check if this is just a website error or if my account was deleted?

I'm wondering if you have a past due balance if you shut off autopay. Unless you bought a vanity line for your cell phone (not sure if this can even be done), phone numbers are rented. If you haven't been paying your Verizon bill at all, they may have shut off your service and after 45 days, your number is up for grabs to be given to someone else.
Another possibility is if you are outside the US, the website isn't letting you login because it can tell you're using a foreign IP address.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

We can provide some information on this situation. There may be some issues with logging into your account while overseas due to the location and safeguards we have on our end. ~Peter
